			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The logo has been changed a lot since the last design. Originally, I had designed the logo based on my memories of the sketch Pastor Anne did. I was quick shocked to discover how different Anne&#8217;s sketch really looked like, compared to mine. I had to redesign the man (now known as &#8220;Exit Man&#8221;) and turn him into a &#8220;Stick Man&#8221;. While designing, I would show Anne for feed back. It took a total of 7 versions to finally get it right. Why did it take so many tries? Anne had a vision from God, and God is a perfecter. The logo had to be the exact vision Anne received from God.  Also, we originally intended for both male and female designs. However after careful consideration, we made it unisex. Here is the final copy:</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-100" title="relentless-8" src="http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/relentless-8.jpg" alt="relentless-8" width="686" height="506" /></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, this is an update to the t-shirt project. Cost is aprx $13.50 for 20 shirts, or $17.50 for 10 shirts. There will be two designs - for male and female. The male design looks grungy, while the female is cleaner. Just a note - this is not the finished design, as it needs to be approved. Relentless (compassion) is the new arm of NLCC, an evangelism ministry going to the nations. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, it has been awhile since I last updated. Last week Wen asked me to produce a card for Lunar New Year. It was to be printed on red paper, and would be small enough to fit 9 on a single A4 sized paper. Overall, there was a few problems (my computer couldn&#8217;t read Chinese text) so I Josephine finished it off. A combined effort and a pleasant result.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, Please don&#8217;t be scared how big the post is. Its big because I want it to be detailed. CALL ME if you encounter problems. Doesn&#8217;t matter if its big or small problem, just call and I can talk you through it.</p>
<ol>
<li>Firstly, you need to come to sunday service with a USB. Give your USB to the sound desk before or straight after the sermon and say thank you to them <img src='http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .  Listen carefully to what the pastor is saying, and write notes. In most cases, the pastor will focus on 1 particular bible verse. If they dont focus on a particular verse, then choose the first verse they use. Write enough notes so you put a paragraph of description about the sermon (3-6 lines). Cool?</li>
<li>Download and install the following programs on your computer:
<ol>
<li><a href="http://www.download.com/Free-Mp3-Wma-Converter/3000-2140_4-10442362.html">http://www.download.com/Free-Mp3-Wma-Converter/3000-2140_4-10442362.html (6mb)</a></li>
<li><a href="# http://www.download.com/Core-FTP-LE/3000-2160_4-10195752.html">http://www.download.com/Core-FTP-LE/3000-2160_4-10195752.html (3mb)</a></li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Open the program Free MP3 WMA Converter. Drag your sermon from your USB into the window (like photoshop).  Set up the program using the following:
<ol>
<li><strong>Output Path</strong>: A place where your new sermon (after shrinked) will go. I recommend making a folder called &#8220;Download&#8221; somewhere.</li>
<li><strong>Output Format</strong>: MP3, leave this default</li>
<li><strong>Format Parameter</strong>: 24,000 khz, Stereo, 48kbs</li>
<li>Once finished with the configuration and the sermon is in the window, click convert at the bottom. Your file should have decreased its file size now. From 50mb to 20mb.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-39" title="1" src="http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/1.jpg" alt="1" width="841" height="599" /></li>
<li>It should look like this when finished. The program doesn&#8217;t alert you when its finished. Should take about 5-10  minutes to convert.
<ol>
<li><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-41" title="2" src="http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/2.jpg" alt="2" width="452" height="78" /></li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>The next part is using the program Core Lite FTP. This is taking your new sermon (from downloads folder) and transferring into internet web space (server). You should have the following settings to log into NLCC server.
<ol>
<li>www.nlcc.com.auUsername: newlifesaPassword: xxxxx (Will sms you)</li>
<li><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-43" title="3" src="http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/3.jpg" alt="3" width="555" height="552" /></li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Click Connect. Then go into the following folders. wwwroot - &gt; downloads. You will find all the previous sermons. Once there, drag and drop your new sermon into the window.
<ol>
<li><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-44" title="5" src="http://www.nlcc.com.au/cm/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/5.jpg" alt="5" width="714" height="85" /></li>
<li>It should take about 20-40 minutes depending on your internet speed. This process is the longest. Please do not download other things while this is uploading. It will cause the program to either crash, or be really slow.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>When its 100% done. Your finished part 1! You have successfully took a sermon, shrunk the size, and copied into the NLCC server. Congratulations. Your only half way!! haha.</li>
<li>PS - Most of these settings will be saved. As you keep doing this process, its just dragging and dropping files.</li>
</ol>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The year 0f 2008 has seen great changes in my walk with God. During July, I attended the Hillsong Conference and I came back with new revelations. God placed in my heart a vision for change - to breathe new life into the internet medium and make it pure. I believe that the Holy Spirit wanted me to create a new ministry for the NLCC, the creative ministry. I could not achieve this task alone however, and with help from God, the ministry was able to grow to 4 people [Jojo, Leeping, and Yuki].</p>
<p>These girls have the hearts of Jesus. I thank God that they are willing to learn design skills from me, and have humble and teachable hearts. They put up with me and my <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">lack of</span> organisation,  they even are willing to get scolded by me. They all serve for Jesus and keep Him in their hearts. Jojo - your humble and sincere, Leeping - your straight up honest, Yuki - your teachable and patient. Thank you for being part of this ministry, your all great assets to His kingdom.</p>
<p>Some particular achievements of this ministry include the Miracle Encounter design, the large banner, worship and welcome slides, and the 2009 calendar. But lets not forget the various websites and blogs. The NLCC website received over 1200 visitors! woo! Thank the Lord that we can serve Him, it is a privilege and brings great joy. Lets start 2009 with the Word pressed upon our lips and written upon our hearts. Amen.</p>
